• - Widely used in fire protection, petroleum, chemical, steel, electric power and other pipelines, storage tank antifreeze, roof, gutter snow melting.
• - There is a unified core strip of PTC material between two parallel metal busbars. When the two bus bars on end of the cable are connected to a power source, current flows from bus bar to the other bus bar laterally through the layer of PTC material.
• - The PTC layer is a resistance heating element that is continuously connected in parallel between the bus bars and converts electrical energy into heat energy. The resistance of the core strip increases with the temperature, reaching about 65 degrees, the resistance is so large that it almost blocks the current, and the temperature of the core strip does not rise when it reaches the upper limit, but the temperature is automatically limited.
• - The temperature of the self-limiting heating belt is uniform, it will not overheat, saves power, and heats up quickly. It can be cut arbitrarily within the length range of the electric heating tape, and can be overlapped and crossed.
• - The cable is specially designed for anti-freezing requirements of domestic water pipes and solar water pipes in winter, which can keep the water in the pipes above 0 degrees Celsius, and does not require a controller.
